The head rooster

Our founding feather has more than two decades experience photographing higher education, from Cornell to Columbia, S.C. He strutted into to Duke University to lead a stellar group of creators, and he still maintains deep working relationships there.
Chris knows that a picture is worth 1,000 words, and that making a great picture takes skill, creativity, and preparation. He tells stories like cluckwork, capturing award-winning images on the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, in a 600-foot pit recovering primate fossils in Madagascar, and investigating every nook and cranny of the Duke Chapel.

We may joke a lot, but we are serious about doing great work. Preparation is key to our success. We’ll scratch up great ideas and then put in the time to make them work for you. After all, the early bird gets the worm.
